These Terms of Sale define the terms and conditions for purchasing and using the Datajot application on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

2. Price and Payment

• The app is available on the App Store for a one-time purchase.
• Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is handled by Apple via the App Store. Datajot does not have access to your payment information.

3. Access and Delivery

• Once payment is confirmed, the app can be downloaded and installed on compatible devices.
• Access to the app is immediate after purchase and remains valid indefinitely.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• Under current regulations, the purchase of a digital app via the App Store is non-refundable after download.

5. Support and Updates

• Datajot may provide updates to improve compatibility, security, or functionality.
• Updates are free for all users who purchased the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The publisher cannot be held responsible for technical issues related to devices or the App Store.
• Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by French law.
• Any disputes will be submitted to French courts.
